Acknowledgment and acceptance of Refund Policy

 

This Refund Policy sets forth the standards of use of the Noble Payment Center Online Service. By using and processing any payment through the Noble Payment Center / www.npay.center website, you (the Customer) agree to these Refund Policies. If you do not agree to these Refund Policies, you should immediately cease all usage of this website, and do not process any Payments. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this Refund Policy without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at Noble Payment Center / www.npay.center website. Your continued use of the Service after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Refund Policy and its modifications. Except as provided in this paragraph, this Agreement may not be amended.

 

Noble Payment Center Refund Policy

 

Customer satisfaction is of great important to Noble Payment Center, a central payment hub for accepting payments for all Noble Group USA products and/or services websites which do not have their own shopping cart. Since many of our Products are non-tangible irrevocable goods, and to continue to offer many of our Products and/or Services at low prices, we have to maintain a no refund, exchange only policy. Due to the low cost of many of our products or services being offered, the processing fees for refunding small transactions often overides the original cost of the products or service being purchased. We do however realize that unforseen circumstances can arise in respect to the nature of the products and/or services we provide.

 

If we fail to deliver a product and/or service as promised due to circumstances beyond our control, we will issue a refund. If you experience problems with a product and/or service we have sold to you, and you refuse us access to your server to remediate the issue, it will hold up the process of us being able to solve your problem. Continued denial of access to your server for more than 15 days will be considered as your problem being resolved, or an attempt at fraud if you pursue requesting a refund for a product that cannot be returned, and you deny us access for remediation. In the event you allow us access, and we cannot repair, replace, or exchange your products and/or services with comparable and/or mutually acceptable and agreed upon replacement products and/or services, we will issue a refund. Should you continue to pursue a refund, but deny us access to your server beyond 15 days of our requesting such access to fix, repair, and/or replace non-functional products and/or services, we will pursue and engage law enforcement agencies as necessary for prosecution as fraud.
